When the prestigious Audio Engineering Society's Toronto Section wanted to create a historical archive recording the achievements of its most illustrious members, they turned to Associated Buzz Creative producer Alan Hardiman to document for posterity the recollections and reflections of 28 of its leading lights in the recording, music production, and professional audio industries.
The complete set of interviews conducted during the section's 40th Anniversary proceedings at Ryerson University in October 2008 is available from the Toronto Section of the AES. Our sampling here includes conversations with acclaimed music producers Jack Richardson and Terry Brown, veteran recording engineers David Greene and George Semkiw, consultant Philip Giddings, and scientific researcher Dr. Floyd Toole.
Legendary record producer Jack Richardson (The Guess Who, Bob Seger)
Award-winning record producer Terry Brown (Rush, Klaatu, Max Webster)
